The video was uploaded about 1 1/2 months after the release of her first YouTube video. Taylor's Youtube channel had reached 100,000 users within two weeks. Taylor ceased to produce videos and uploaded them to private. Her main reasons were technical problems, equipment issues, and also she became overwhelmed by the attention she received from her fans. Taylor began making videos following a one-month break. It included the incredibly famous ASMR Ten Triggers to help You sleep. (35,000,000 views as of August 2022). The video was released ASMR 20 triggers that aid in sleeping during July 2017. (38 million views as of august 2022). In August of 2017, Shane Dawson featured her in an interview. She also reached 1,000,000 users shortly afterwards. In February of 2019, Wired UK estimated that she made $1,000 per day through advertising on her YouTube channel

Dennis Helfer and Elaine Helfer were the parents of Helfer at the time she was born. Her parents are from German, English, Swedish and Norwegian descent. She was a student at William E. Hay Composite High School in Stettler, Alberta. The three sisters she had, Tammy, Tara and Trena worked and lived on her farm with her family. In line at a theatre the scout of a modelling agency was able to spot Helfer.
